Allow USB access to Brave installed from Flathub

Brave’s Flatpak sandbox blocks USB access, for example when communicating with a Yubikey.
The following command fixes it:
sudo flatpak override --device=all com.brave.Browser
Caution: --device=all grants broad device access, not only USB access.
